She grew up on 7th street, Red Wing, Minn. Betty was a standout pianist winning awards in Minnesota, and later played the church organ for UCC. She graduated high in her class. Betty was employed in the office of Red Wing Shoe utilizing office and short hand skills, until her marriage to Loren K Webster. Betty's Tribute Wall

Tributes (4):

  • I’m so sorry to hear of Betty’s passing. My Mom heard the news through relatives. My Mom is Audrine Johnson who was a cousin to Betty. I saw Betty at our Johnson reunion in 2013 in Red Wing. I regret not spending time chatting more with her. Peace and comfort to her family.

  • So sad to say goodbye to Betty. Loved sharing the successes of her talented sons. I will always remember sitting next to her at the State Wrestling Tourney and seeing how nervous and excited she got. “Never a doubt” was the mantra through Charlie’s 2-1, 3-2…….matches on the way to a State title. Betty was a lovely lady and will be missed. Our sympathy to the boys. Love, Bill & Connie Kind

  • Aunt Betty was such a sweet person. I am so glad I got to see her a few years ago when I last visited Ellsworth. She had such funny stories to tell me about my mom and dad when they were younger. My love to all my boy cousins and their wives at this sad time. I wish I could be with you.
