Tributes (3):

  • All or nothing Whit, that is how you labored, how you lived, how you laughed and especially how you loved. Months later, it is so hard to believe we will never hear your voice again…We will never forget your love of football and your endearing loyalty of your beloved Vikings, no game will ever be the same. We miss your witty sense of humor, literary knowledge as you quoted Keats, Whitman & Wilde. Forever we miss your culinary skills & how you described evey delightful delicious dish you made. Such love of nature & how you craved the sunshine, smell of spring and summer even though your allergies would hamper til the sinuses runneth over, yet you still prevailed.. How we loved to see you light up with glee as you regailed in the tale in your hearty catch of the day, the masterful moments fly fishing in the lake. It is the best therapy, you would say, taking in the serenity & peaceful nature as you soaked up the rays outdoors. We will miss your generosity, loving heart & hugs to say hello even on days you weren’t feeling it so… Always willing to lend a hand to your fellow man..You also had the ability to take keen notice of a special event in your friend or family life & truly appreciate it & giving us such joy to embrace the moment with you.. most of all I will miss my true & loyal friend, for your forgiveness of the past, how we just let it go. So much love was given & received, we were blessed to be but a chapter in your life, allbeit brief, how I just wish you could have written more…My prayers to family and friends..

  • I had lost touch with Brent over recent years. He had a great sense of humor, and his smile truly was infectious. It is hard to write about him with out cracking a smile at the way you felt around him.

    He was taken too soon.

  • Thinking of your family during this difficult time. I am very sorry for your loss. I appreciated Brent’s kindness. He will be missed.
